The ASCLA NSW team is pleased to offer members an exclusive site tour of Sanitarium, located in Berkeley Vale, NSW, providing a unique opportunity to experience one of Australia’s leading FMCG supply chains firsthand.
This session goes beyond a traditional walkthrough. It is designed to connect theory with practice, giving attendees direct exposure to how planning, production, and distribution come together in a high-performing environment.
Attendees will see how decisions move through a live operation—from planning through execution—and what it takes to deliver service, efficiency, and scale in practice.
