Join ASCLA for an exclusive site visit to the Sydney Fish Market, a nationally significant logistics and trading hub handling large volumes of fresh seafood daily.

Operating in a highly time-critical environment, the market coordinates inbound deliveries from fishing vessels and suppliers, followed by rapid auction, processing and outbound distribution to retailers, hospitality venues and export channels. Maintaining product quality, traceability and flow requires disciplined processes, strong safety practices and effective coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Attendees will gain insight into how this complex ecosystem is managed, including how scheduling, visibility and digital tools support more controlled and predictable dock operations. This includes the use of platforms such as Mobiledock to enhance coordination, improve flow and provide greater transparency.
