Libby Day – CEO, Defence Teaming Centre (DTC)
Libby is the Chief Executive Officer of the Defence Teaming Centre, where she leads national efforts to strengthen Australia’s defence industry. With a strong background in strategic development, regulatory compliance and cross-sector collaboration, initially developed in the pharmaceutical and Med Tech sector, Libby works at the intersection of defence, advanced manufacturing and innovation. She is widely recognised for her ability to help businesses navigate complex regulatory requirements and for her leadership in advancing sovereign defence capabilities.
She is a member of the South Australian Defence and Space Defence and Space Technologies Industry Skills Council, and a governor on the South Australian AmCham Council. She recently served as the Deputy Chair of the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre.

Jeremy Satchell – Head of Industry Capability, BAE Systems Australia
Jeremy Satchell has over 20 years’ experience across Australia’s defence ecosystem, spanning both military service and senior industry leadership roles.
During his service in the Australian Army, Jeremy held a range of operational, leadership and strategic planning appointments, including air and missile defence roles. These experiences underpin his understanding of capability delivery, workforce development, and the importance of resilient sovereign systems in support of national security.
In industry, Jeremy has worked as a supply chain consultant within State Government and now leads BAE Systems Australia’s Industry Capability function. In this role, he is responsible for strengthening Australian manufacturing and SME participation across BAE’s global supply chains, with a focus on supplier uplift, capability development, and long term competitiveness. His work directly supports economic growth, skills development and the sustainability of Australia’s industrial base.
Jeremy is a strong advocate for sovereign industrial capability and actively engages with defence and manufacturing stakeholders domestically and internationally.
He continues to serve as an Army Reservist with the 16th Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery, and is a committed supporter of veteran affairs. Outside of formalities, Jeremy is an avid sports fan and married with two teenage children.

David Royle – Supply Chain Manager, Industry Capability Network (ICN)
David is the Acting Head of Industry Capability Network South Australia (ICN SA) within the South Australian Department of State Development and a Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience across the defence, mining, oil and gas, energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors. With over 20 years of experience in construction and manufacturing, he has developed a strong understanding of complex supply chains, Australian Industry Participation (AIP), and Local Industry Participation (LIP). Peter Rowsthorn - Australian comedy icon & character actor
Peter Rowsthorn is a well-loved Australian comedy icon and character actor. He has been a masterful MC of corporate and private functions and has been performing across mediums for four decades.
Peter is best known as long-suffering husband and pants-man Brett Craig on the hugely successful television series Kath & Kim, reprising this role on the silver screen in 2012 in Kath & Kimderella.
Peter appeared regularly on Thank God You're Here series 1, 2, 3, and 4, and popped up on Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation. He hosted four series of the delightful Can We Help on the ABC. He has had roles in Open Slather, Underbelly: Squizzy, It’s A Date, Timothy, and featured on the SBS genealogy series Who Do You Think You Are?. In 2018 Peter was one of the most popular celebrity contestants on the fourth series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! Australia. In 2023 Peter travelled the world with his daughter and Triple J broadcaster, Frankie, in the Network Ten series The Amazing Race, Celebrity Edition.

Her executive career includes C-Suite roles with ERM Power (Shell Energy) and PwC, Director-General of Tourism and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games in Queensland, and CEO of Brisbane's Sustainability Agency.
Today, Megan is Founder and CEO of Glass Ladder, where she works with organisations to develop high-performing leaders and future executives. She also is Chair of the Board of International Parking Group and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Unitywater and has had over 12 different board roles over the last 10 years.
Recognised as an AFR Women of Influence and Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year, Megan is known for delivering energetic, practical and thought-provoking keynotes that challenge conventional thinking and leave audiences with ideas they can put into action immediately.

Customers, Carriers & Suppliers — On the Docks

Join the Mobiledock team for an egg and bacon breakfast roll at the Port of Melbourne, alongside customers, carriers and suppliers from across the network. Come for the food, stay for a candid chat about what makes freight scheduling easier — or harder — day to day.

For years, scheduling improvements have mostly focused on the customer side of the booking screen. This morning we widen the lens: getting freight in and out on time depends just as much on the carriers and suppliers living with our system every day as it does on the site running the calendar.

We want to hear directly from you.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This morning is for anyone whose day is shaped by a dock booking — because so much of what makes freight scheduling work (or not) is created upstream and downstream of the site itself.

That includes Mobiledock customers, transport carriers and their schedulers, suppliers, and anyone responsible for getting freight in and out on time. Drivers and site-level staff are just as welcome as the operations leaders who shape the booking rules.

Registrations

All attendees must be registered prior to attending an ASCLA event, including ASCLA partners and guests attending on a complimentary or partner allocation.Registration helps ASCLA maintain accurate attendance records and manage venue capacity, catering and important safety and emergency requirements.
