Important footwear & PPE: Flat, enclosed footwear is required for workshop entry. Steel-cap boots are required for the Distribution Centre. All other PPE will be supplied by R.M. Williams.

Tour Details:
Arrival: Meet at Reception at 8.45 am for group allocation and housekeeping.
Tour time: 9.00 am to approximately 12.30 pm.
Area timings: Footwear: 60–90 minutes; Apparel, Craft and Repairs: about 60 minutes; Distribution: approximately 60 minutes.

Experience a rare behind-the-scenes look at one of Australia’s most iconic brands. Join us for an exclusive guided tour of the R.M. Williams Salisbury facility, where you’ll discover the craftsmanship, heritage and operational excellence behind the making and distribution of Australia’s most famous boots and apparel. Hosted by the R.M. Williams team, this immersive tour provides access to the Footwear Workshop, Apparel operations, Craft & Repairs team and Distribution Centre, offering a unique insight into traditional craftsmanship combined with modern supply chain practices.
