Mid-Year Mentoring Program - A structured mid year initiative designed to connect participants with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them progress toward their personal and professional goals.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

The Mid-Year Mentoring Program is a guided development initiative that pairs participants with experienced Mentors to strengthen skills, confidence, and career direction. It provides structured check ins, personalised support, and growth opportunities during the mid year period to help individuals progress toward their goals.

PRESENTERS

Elsya Goullet  - Founder, EFG Consulting With over 14 years in Software Quality Assurance, Elsya has developed a results-driven approach that combines strategic insight and a strong commitment to quality. She now transitioning into a Business Analyst role, where she will be helping businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals through effective processes. As the founder of PT EFG Solusi Konsultasi (EFG Consulting), Elsya focusses on providing business solutions and offering consultations in both business analysis and quality assurance. Elsya believes in continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration – no matter where one is.

Meaghan Siemensma  - Director of Customer Engagement, Mobiledock Meaghan works in customer engagement within SaaS, supporting complex operational environments. At Mobiledock, Meaghan partners with customers across logistics and distribution to improve coordination, visibility and day-to-day flow. This involves understanding where processes break down, resolving issues as they arise, and helping teams adopt more consistent ways of working.Meaghan isparticularly interested in how more structured approaches to customer engagement — across onboarding, support and ongoing use — can support better outcomes over time.
