FUTURE PROOF YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN CAREER & MENTORING PROGRAM LAUNCH

Join the Australasian Supply Chain and Logistics Association (ASCLA) NSW/ACT Division for an engaging evening designed to unite the supply chain community. This event is a key opportunity to connect with industry peers and discover how the association supports professional development across the supply chain and logistics sector.

The evening marks the official launch of the 2026 ASCLA NSW Mentoring Program, bringing together this year’s mentors and mentees to celebrate the start of another ASCLA program of collaboration and professional growth.

Kirstin Egan
- Senior Manager, Planning & Sourcing – ANZ & SEA, Medline Australia

Kirstin leads planning and sourcing teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Her role focuses on aligning customer demand with operational execution and financial outcomes across a complex, multi-region supply chain.
Over recent years, Kirstin has led significant improvements in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and planning capability, supporting Medline through a period of major organisational change, including its transition to a public company. Her work has strengthened forecast accuracy, reduced excess inventory, and improved confidence in decision-making at both regional and international levels.
Kirstin is known for her calm, grounded leadership style and strong ethical compass. She creates environments where people feel safe to speak up, take ownership, and grow. Her leadership has been recognised internally through multiple “Above and Beyond” awards and Medline’s Circle of Excellence Award. Most recently, Kirstin was a finalist for the 2026 NSW ASCLA International Women's Day Award.

  Michael Farragher - Head Teacher Supply Chain & Logistics, TAFE NSW

Michael is an accomplished supply chain and logistics leader with over 25 years of senior management experience across global FMCG operations in Europe and Australia. After a successful career overseeing large‑scale supply chain functions, he transitioned into Vocational Education and Training and now serves as Head Teacher for Supply Chain and Logistics at TAFE NSW.
He leads the delivery of accredited qualifications from Certificate III to Advanced Diploma and is the National Lead of the ASCLA Mentoring Program. Michael’s industry contributions have been recognised through multiple awards, and he is a regular author of reports that influence contemporary supply chain practice. He remains deeply connected to industry needs, ensuring emerging workforce capabilities align with real‑world operational priorities.

 

Alexander Witzke - Director, AWC Logistics Pty Ltd
Alexander Witzke is a senior supply chain, freight, and logistics executive with over 25 years of international experience across Australia and Europe. He brings deep expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics procurement, transportation, and operating model transformation. He has held senior leadership roles with global organisations including DHL and LINDE, delivering significant cost savings, operational improvements, and revenue growth through strategic sourcing and network optimisation.
Since 2021, Alexander has been Director of AWC Logistics Pty Ltd, providing strategic advisory services to consulting firms and major clients across manufacturing, retail, healthcare, government, private equity, and clean technology sectors. A committed ASCLA member, he is passionate about developing future leaders and is participating in the mentoring program for the third consecutive year.

Alice Brimicombe
- Business Development Director, DMS

Alice brings 25 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and supply chain. With over a decade dedicated to supply chain transformation, she partners with clients across the Asia Pacific to drive excellence through Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, and Advanced Analytics. Passionate about best practices and operational efficiency, Alice is always open to discussions on supply chain innovation and process optimisation.

  • Enter gate G3 which is off Richardson Place and designated visitor parking.
  • If full, enter gates G1 (off Julius Avenue) or G2 (off Richardson Place, next to G3).
  • Press the buzzer to be let in.
  • Please obey all parking signage and restrictions.

Train:
Take the Metro North West Line to North Ryde Station. From the station, it is approximately a 10–15 minute walk to Julius Avenue.

Bus:
Multiple bus routes service North Ryde and stop near Riverside Corporate Park. Check Transport NSW for the best route from your location.
