OVERVIEW

Developed by supply chain experts, the program covers the foundational elements of supply chain systems while placing strong emphasis on the application of AI-powered tools to support key design and planning decisions. Through case-based learning and real-world simulations, the participants will explore how to evaluate risk and sustainability trade-offs and apply AI for scenario-based planning of high-performing supply chains that can operate efficiently and sustainably in the face of disruptions.
