ABOUT THE EVENT

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how work is planned, understood, and orchestrated in warehouses. This session explores how AI-driven technologies are transforming labour dynamics, enhancing productivity, and redefining human roles in the warehouse environment. We'll examine practical applications of AI, including orchestration with automation, planning, performance reporting, and predictive analytics, while discussing the balance between technological innovation and human workers. Attendees will gain insights into AI's potential to address labour shortages, optimise workflows, and improve both performance management and job satisfaction in warehouse operations.
