Faraz Bidar Supply Chain Manager, La Marzocco 
Faraz holds the role of Supply Chain Manager at La Marzocco, concurrently serving as the State Vice President for VIC/TAS within the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA). He has PhD in the area of Supply Chain Management, investigating the information technology productivity paradox in the Australian supply chain industry and how to unlock the potential. With a wealth of industry experience spanning over 12 years, Faraz has expertise in supply chain planning, logistics optimisation, supply chain analytics, technology solutions development, and process improvement. His diverse background includes working across various sectors, such as manufacturing, 3PL, retail, wholesale, FMCG, health, and energy sector. Faraz has successfully led teams and spearheaded over 100 projects, consistently delivering high-quality supply chain solutions and implementations that result in high customer 
satisfaction.

Mark Hopkins - Global VP, Professional Services, Netstock
Mark's education in engineering and business management has been complimented by his 20+ years of supply chain experience across diverse businesses. Mark has helped drive supply chains across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and technology.
