In this webinar, the first in a new series from Arup, Adrian Doyle, Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist, and Simone Unanue, Senior Sustainability Consultant, will take you through Arup's SSCM Framework and a share insights and learnings.

Together, we will learn about:

·     How SSCM contributes to risk management and delivers organisational benefits
·     Arup’s SSCM Framework, including alignment, strategy, practices, procurement, and
     continuous improvement.
·     The roles and responsibilities needed across an organisation’s value chain for SSCM.

Adrian Doyle Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist
Adrian has over 14 years of experience in governance, policy, procedures, data analysis, and strategic and operational decision-making. He recently developed Arup’s Sustainable Supply Chain Management Framework, embedding sustainability into supply chain and procurement processes.



Simone Unanue Senior Sustainability Consultant
Simone has over 12 years’ experience in sustainability strategies for private and government projects, major events, and built environments. Her expertise includes sustainable design, procurement, life cycle assessment, and ISO 20121 submissions, focusing on resource efficiency, circular economy, and climate risk adaptation.

Mark has been an active member of the SCLAA Qld Committee since 2002. This has provided him with access to a network of SCM practitioners across the Southeast corner of Queensland as well as nationally.
