WEBINAR - RETURNS MANAGEMENT

How to Balance Customer Experience with Cost Optimisation

Join us for a discussion focused on returns management, exploring how you can transform it from a logistical challenge into a strategic advantage that enhances customer satisfaction and drives profitability.

In today's retail landscape, merchants and manufacturers face the increasing costs of returns, especially during peak sale periods when return rates skyrocket. With returns on the rise and consumer expectations for a seamless process unwavering, finding a balance between managing costs and delivering an exceptional customer experience is paramount.

Discover how integrating a returns portal with your order data can streamline operations, minimise costs, and significantly improve your bottom line in just a few weeks, all without disrupting your existing tech stack.

Blue Yonder and Doddle are proud to present this webinar with support from the Supply Chain Logistics Association of Australia.
