PRESENTERS
Sameer Chopra, Head of Research - Pacific, and ESG - Asia Pacific at CBRE Sameer is responsible for framing the real estate market outlook and developing economic and property sector forecasts for CBRE. Previously, he was Managing Director, Head of Australia Research and Head of Asia Pacific ESG Research at Bank of America Securities. Sameer has a BComm (Honours) from ANU (Australia) and MBA from INSEAD (France).
Ella Mudie, Market Engagement Lead, Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA). In her role as Engagement Lead for Green Star at the GBCA, Ella helps project owners to understand the value of the rating tool and how best to apply it on forthcoming projects. She brings a multi-faceted approach to sustainability through her unique background in property and the arts, informing her appreciation for Green Star’s potential to drive better outcomes across diverse typologies.
