In celebration of International Women's Day 2023, three top females in their fields give us insights into their careers and the challenges and emerging issues in 2023 for supply chains.

Kim is an experienced director with over 20 years in providing environmental advice across the resource and industrial sectors, leading policy and regulatory change advice to government agencies. Kim's deep-seated passion for the environment and the restoration of natural capital, has led her to from ECO CSSC to help companies design out waste, pollution and carbon emissions in their Supply Chains.

ECO CSSC is at the front of ‘Greening’ Supply Chains through educating teams on the key areas of circular maturity in the supply chain and the circular economy.


Alex Terry - CEO the Mentoring Effect

Alex is passionate about the transformation of human behaviour and thinking, and its direct impact on our decisions, actions and results. Alex works with leaders and business owners to improve their results, leadership skills, psychological safety and organisational culture. With more than 19 years of entrepreneurial experience Alex has grown her own business is a range of different global markets; in Europe, Thailand, the Bahamas and now in Australia.


Angela Coley - Senior Procurement Manager, Resources Sector

Angela is an accomplished and versatile Supply Chain Leader with professional and managerial experience, spanning a 30-year career in Contracts & Procurement.

Extensive geographical experience has given Angela considerable exposure to diverse cultures and working practices particularly in the UK, Caribbean / USA and Asia-Pacific regions. This has ranged from New Country entry to mature operations and from Global HQ, Regional HQ and remote site-based locations.

Angela has operated at both a strategic and tactical level as circumstances require, working in cross functional teams and matrix structures across the resources sector.
