About this Event

This complimentary workshop focuses on planning for a successful Continuous Improvement strategy. In this event, we bring together the senior leadership team from a global food and beverage company, Monde Nissin to discuss their strategic deployment towards their desired future state.

Monde Nissin (known for brands such as Menora, Black Swan, Nudie, Wattle Valley, Peckish and Quorn) are on a relentless mission to achieve operational excellence through a series of strategic process improvement strategies to enable a continuing growth trajectory.

Together with our panel of guest speakers, we will explore 3 important steps to Gaining Momentum & Planning for Success:

  • Plan for the Future State– Learn the principles of Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment) to get alignment across the board
  • Plan for Change– Understand the types of resistance to change that you can expect. We will explore this topic to get an appreciation and understanding of the changeable nature of people’s beliefs and attitudes.
  • Plan for Success– The recipe for dealing with and overcoming Resistance to Change and the secret to overcoming resistance to ANY change.

Presented by our host Facilitator and Executive Director, Parth Bommakanti will take you through an engaging and thought-provoking live discussion with examples of how the Leadership Team at Monde Nissin are planning their success with strategic policy deployment tactics.

Strategic Policy Deployment, also known as Hoshin Kanri, cascades organisational strategy into tactical actions to eliminate wasted efforts through inconsistent direction and poor communication. Learn more about this process so you can plan for your future of Continuous Improvement success.
