The ANZAM Operations, Supply Chain and Services Management Symposium series gives academics and practitioners the opportunity to share their research, knowledge and practical experiences in operations, supply chain and service management. These events have contributed greatly to the progress made in Australasia towards the area of operations, supply chain and service management becoming a more recognised discipline worthy of serious scholarship.
