Magenta Thorley - Manufacturing Planning Manager, Sunny Queen
Magenta Thorley is a strategic supply chain and operations leader with deep expertise in procurement strategy and multi‑site operational planning. Beginning her career in manufacturing and progressing into frontline supervision, she gained an inclusive, hands‑on understanding of the realities, challenges, and contributions that shape operational success. 

This experience grounds her perspective and underpins her ability to excel across the wider supply chain. Magenta is currently the Manufacturing Planning Manager at Sunny Queen and serves as a committee member on the Intersectionality Advisory Committee for the National Association of Women in Operations, contributing to industry‑wide efforts that strengthen equity and representation for diverse women in operations. Recognised for delivering meaningful efficiency and commercial improvements, Magenta champions inclusive, high‑performance cultures and ensures diverse, intersectional perspectives strengthen decision‑making and support sustainable operational success.

   

Celeste Schubiger Queensland Engagement Manager, OzHarvest - Australia’s leading food rescue organisation.
Celeste leads corporate partnerships, fundraising initiatives and corporate volunteering programs that connect businesses with OzHarvest’s mission—Nourishing our Country by fighting food waste. Passionate about sustainability, circular economy and social impact, Celeste collaborates with like-minded and impact-driven organisations to address food insecurity and reducing food waste.
