He is currently leading a program to upgrade Americold's Labour Management System, aiming to enhance operational efficiency by utilising Blue Yonder Warehouse Labour Management (WLM).
Peter holds a Masters of Engineering from RMIT University, with a focus on time-motion studies and continuous improvement, skills directly applicable to his current role.
